Characteristics
The construction of Bodrum Golf Club started in 2006 on 12,5 acres area. No trees were cut to keep the natural beauty. Bermuda type grass seeds were selected for the golf course for its need of less water consumption and durability against sun beam. The club is more of an academic course and is aiming to broaden golfing in Turkey by giving golf instructions to everyone. All golf players agree that 80% of the golf game consists of short game. So our golf course is for the ones who needs training to improve themselves, and the beginners.

Enjoyed playing this very short 9 hole course twice. Some of the par 3s are more akin to a pitch n putt but lots of water and sand hazards still make it a challenge. Very nice clubhouse with much needed bottled Effes beer to cool down with. We played in extreme heat and the course is a little up hill down dale and with no buggies due to the shortness of the course it is a little tiring. Green fees club hire and a pull along cart only cost approx 40 English pounds so an absolute snip. Short inexpensive taxi ride from Gumbat or Bodrum. Certainly worth a knock.
