Beautiful nature, terrible prices and services

I have been living there several years. Boao and this course have a very nice natural view and the great river. Very bad, not professional service inside, almost nobody speaking foreign languages, rude people everywhere, even fishermen going trough the links. Price in euro for 18 h: 170!
