Unfortunately we cannot give ZERO stars.
The condition of this 'golf course' is awful and a disgrace.
7 of the 9 fairways are not maintained and almost unplayable.
7 of the 9 greens are also almost unplayable and seriously devoid of grass - the bald patches are filled with sand.
We visited last week (in September, when the condition should be at its best).
And yet Bernstein Hotels falsely claims:

Played on 3/4/2023. The 9-hole course (PAR 36) is not far from the A14 (which you can clearly hear on the course) between Magdeburg and Halle in the middle of nowhere. The facility is connected to a hotel resort, including a miniature golf course, which in turn is located next to the Schlachtsee. Basically, the place is rather flat and has few highlights. Most of the fairways go straight ahead, only here and there a little water comes into play. One or the other bunker is easy to take out of play. The lengths of the two PAR 5 lanes are a challenge, especially when there is a headwind. In addition, there is a very narrow tee off on hole 8, where there is a risk of being out of bounds on the left and the greenkeeping building on the right. The way to the first tee is a bit longer, past the driving range (tokens are available at reception), where the toilets were unfortunately locked. The signage could basically be a little better. For example, after lane 2, I was suddenly on tee 6, which is a little before tee 3. Despite the winter game operation, both the discounts and the greens were in order in summer operation and also depending on the season. However, the fairways hadn't been mowed for a long time and partly resembled a field. The gameplay was very manageable. Apart from me, I saw another two-person flight on a wintry but mostly dry Saturday afternoon. It is not possible to reserve a start time online and it is probably not necessary. There is no such thing as a clubhouse. There is a restaurant (not used) and you pay your green fee at the hotel reception. The young ladies at the front desk were friendly.
