Played on the course on January 23rd, 2025. Very friendly reception, which offered me a discount in advance without asking; that should have set off alarm bells!
And that's exactly how it was: I went on the round completely alone, surrounded by construction sites on practically every hole. The fairways were covered in weeds and in some places were barely recognizable. Only the greens were still in acceptable condition: slow but true to track.
The bunkers were simply holes in the ground with practically no sand. The layout didn't offer much either. There were hardly any differences in height or other variations. Only the signature hole 16 stood out. A beautiful island green.
I was also the only guest in the restaurant, which has a very futuristic design.
In my opinion there are better places in Marrakech

I was very disappointed with the place. In itself, the place is well maintained, good greens and manicured fairways. But it is very open, easy to play, flat with wide fairways, bunkers placed so that you can barely get in there. It's better this way too, because it is more interspersed with stones than sand. Greens almost even. Bunkers do not "disturb" the greens.
Apart from the well-maintained fairways, however, there is still room for improvement in addition to these. It is to be expected that the building measures of the buildings have not yet been completed. But many plantations seem unstructured and not planned. Sometimes it's a wild mess of plants, trees, wastearea, and withered grass. I can not imagine how this place should become a jewel.
Unfortunately one was not even able to serve me a coffee in the end. There was no service there!
However, the view of the Atlas Mountains is very pretty.
