Fabulous Sueno Golf.

Four of us played Dunes & Pines twice during our recent stay March 2019.
Found the courses in very good condition. Only critique would be the amount of work being carried out on the Pines course.
The 19th was a welcome relief with hot or cold food available.
We liked the Hotel, the staff were very courteous and welcoming and ensured you had every thing you wanted. We are planning to return next year.
Congratulations to everyone who helped make our stay enjoyable.

We played two rounds on the dunes and one on the pines, the courses were a good test with plenty of water and sand. Believe me i found most it. We loved these courses and the hotel, but the most impressive part for us was the very polite and courteous staff. Wide range of food to choose from very clean with a nice atmosphere. Would we go back (YOU BET WE WOULD).

Everything is all right again

After the two Sueno courses and the large putting green at the start house were in a miserable condition in March 2023, fortunately things are looking much better again a year later. The fairways and especially the greens are back in the condition they should be. The greenkeepers did a great job there. So I now give Pines and Dunes full marks.

December joy

Now in December it is fantastic to play here, the course is green and excellently maintained. The organization was perfect and all pre-booked tee times were kept.

At this time there is also 10 to 15 minutes free between flyts, so very relaxed golfing! It also happens every now and then that the drinks card is given and the marshal checks whether everyone is ok!

Conclusion: absolutely recommended in the off-season...

Pines only acceptable condition

The facility is getting old.
Care condition no longer as usual.
The fairways are only adequate and the greens are very bad.

Terrible condition

I've played almost every course in Belek and there's never really been a reason for a complaint. That has changed today, because the Sueno Dunes is in such a catastrophic condition that one can only advise against a visit. The greens are roughly on par with German winter greens, and no, I'm not kidding. Partly with bare earth without any lawn, the "putting" was pure luck. Sometimes we stopped putting at all because it just didn't make sense. The fairways weren't much better, a lot of places without grass. The bunkers were poorly maintained... and the whole thing should then cost a regular green fee of 95 euros. Sorry, but that is unacceptable.

States are

10-day golf holiday with a group at the end of October/beginning of November.
Both courses are in very good condition with hard greens. Not easy to play.
Golf and gastronomy also very good Actually 4 stars.
But the whole golfing pleasure is taken away if you need up to 3.5 hours for the first 9 holes, because everyone who pays the green fee is allowed on the course. People who don't know the rules, let alone golf, or who can do it to some extent. Marshalls never intervene, despite full-bodied promises on beautiful tables at T 1.
This is completely unacceptable to me.
You'll never see me here again.
Actually a shame for the beautiful destination.

Sueno squares

The greens in terrible condition!
The fairway milled down...
The tea boxes in a desolate condition!!!
Overall condition of the place a cheek.
The driving range a disaster!
We will avoid these places and this golf resort in the future!
There is better destination in Belek!!!

Nice place :: Service could be improved

Beautiful and sometimes very demanding place (white tea). The greens and fairways are in very good condition. Only the bunkers leave a lot to be desired and there are currently no rakes, presumably due to Corona!

As in any other place in Belek, there is no handicap limit and therefore 4 - 5 hours are necessary!

Service (check-in, restaurant) is definitely in need of improvement.

All in all ok, but not anymore! There are better places for the money (Sultan, National, Montgomery, ...)

Dunes

10/19/21: White was shorter than the yellow markings, yellow shorter than blue..
Approx. 4800 m total length, but waiting at each tee, mostly more than 5 minutes, total playing time for less than 5000 m: 5 hours 10 minutes. At least not my idea of a nice round on vacation

Great places!!!

A golf course par excellence, rather very sporty to play. Very wavy - a place not for the faint of heart! The 18 holes at the Pines and Dunes with island green directly in front of the clubhouse are particularly beautiful - including a Mediterranean feeling.
The hotel on the golf course stopped in the 70s, but the club restaurant offers good snacks at reasonable prices.

February trip

We stayed at Sueno Hotel for one week from February 2nd and played the two courses Dunes and Pines several times. The staff was very friendly and the dei ranger very accommodating. The courses were in good condition and the green was not as loyal to the line. I find the undulating fairways very interesting and challenging to play. In our group there were games with the strength of 7 to 36 and everyone coped well with the seats. we will be back

Update as of November 2017

We shared the course with 350 other players, resulting in waiting times. The beautiful weather, the good state of care and the friendly staff have compensated us. The Pines is a great training ground for playing from difficult situations - only with great precision you escape the bunkers and waves, but it does not make it interesting and challenging?
We'll be back!

Marshall unsuitable

After two problems with the so-called unfriendly Marshall one can only advise the club to quickly adapt to holidaymakers and customers. Even time-saving and effective suggestions were ignored; another game at 4 pm was rejected, prohibited. Why then do I go to Turkey? Please adjust to vacationers who go to the golfen to Turkey! Even uncle fruit as a spectator Was totally disappointed.

A wave trough

Have the Pines place at the end of April 17 played. We had neither to fight with waiting times nor with problems to find the next hole.
The place was in a state of being, extremely wavy fairways, which are somewhat habituation need, extremely fast greens, which are hardly directly playable.
Why is there not full score?
1. Quite simply, we were not told that the first 9 fairways were used for the aerial work.
2. A totally dirty and different toilet, which could not be used with the best will.
Certainly worth a round.

Where is organization?

We played this place in May 17, and received a tea time at 2pm. When we arrived at the Dunes course was a real shock. We were at 17 o'clock in the morning. I think we were the only ones who really had tea time. This must be done. The place itself, is beautifully designed, but for beginners absolutely not suitable, since it is very very wavy. The greens are fast-paced and in very good condition. The registration is very very friendly. The sign for the next tea is a pure search. One searches and searches for the next tea, and without map almost not to find. So for low HCP's a great challenge

Beautiful place is haunted...

First of all: The review could smooth a star be better if there were marshals and personnel, verifying compliance of rules and etiquette and would prevail. Because obviously play Guests with inadequate skills and knowledge. The associated hassles and frustration: endless wait at each hole. Start Intervals 8 minutes (December 2015) are as counterproductive.

The two courses (Pines and Dunes) are nicely laid out and exciting and challenging due to the more or less moving terrain. For higher HCP's rather worth the Dunes Course. The condition of both courses was acceptable and was the result of rather inexperienced players (numerous Divotlöcher and unrepaired pitch marks). The greens on both courses are partially strengthens undulated or crowned. Also an accurate scan quickly ends next to the green. Sometimes it's better to be good with a short 3rd strike next to the flag, as the 2nd in the rough or bunkers.

The staff at the counter was rather problematic and on the verge of insolence. Ease looks different. Also in terms of gastronomy we must take no great expectations.

OK

We played the longer Sueno Pines. Can call Had given the numerous water hazards also Sueno Lakes) Here you can see how from a really nice layout, a mediocre place can arise The incredibly undulating fairways are habituation thing, the care measure to mow everything towards the water ultra short so that the elevated greens a inaccurate scan safely and unfindbar put the ball in the laundry. One can find bermudagrass good or bad. But in mixed sowing with a Norrmalgras and then in spots looks as though thousands have not been traveled by divots.. And so it played out well. All off - very guten- greens looks rather scruffy compared to some other places (Titanic or Montgomerie), broken played the course (discounts!). The hotel offers unlimited golf for residents at a low price and you can see that the space significantly. For cheap money considering a less expensive place, more than 50 m € would. E, according to much.

Pines & Dunes

On the first day we played this year Dunes, a good place to start to the season, not too hard, but sometimes tricky. A few days later Pines with a surprising experience. Already on 1 Tea, we saw that the flight in front of us took many blows. The starter then telephoned and promptly came a marshal for this flight down. On 9 Green told the marshal then, that he has taken out the flight before us, as they were just too slow. He could have sent to the par 3 holes already on and they could still not hold the required speed of play. Respect for this Marshall (green fee price € 110, -). Finally someone who dares what.

Well

I've Played in July 13 Positives:
- The undulating fairways I've never seen
- Very good finishing holes
- The first nine

Negative:
- Greens in a state of disrepair
- Tee boxes too heavily sanded
- Fairways unkempt, a lot of old leaves lay on it
- Second nine are boring, almost all par 4 have the same length

In my opinion, not worth the price.

Unfortunately, in the wrong direction

To be broken played: Beautiful, strenuous and very varied course, which, unfortunately, the fate of many other places threatens to overtake in Belek. Where should come from the time necessary for care and maintenance, when day after day the flights are left at intervals of Drive lengths on the square, regardless of handicap and other aptitude of the players. The consequences are silted tee boxes, fairways and greens' straw that do not deserve the name. To cope with the masses and to create a sense of achievement, the fairways are drastically reduced, so that the characteristics of the tracks left behind. Nevertheless, but lap times of well over five hours are now the rule, because many "players" are overwhelmed still and have actually lost nothing on the court. The payment overpriced green fees does not change this nothing.

Dunes: Challenging undulating fairways

Have mid Oct 3rd courses in Belek played. My ranking is Pasha, just ahead of National, then by far the Dunes. In Germany he would have received 5 stars, but compared to the other two places in Belek he can not quite keep up.

Place State:
Good. Greens were not particularly fast (as in the other places as well).

Course layout:
Outstanding course, is the view from the hotel to the two island greens each of the 18 Paths of the Pines and Dunes Course.
First, however, it's first purely in the pine forest. Particularly challenging at first railways were the extremely undulating fairways and relatively small greens. From the feeling the weakening slightly on the later tracks. Even the extremely slippery as the pine needles left and right of the fairway was getting used to for me.
The place is characterized by many doglegs. The best for me is the 10, where the increase over the water at right angles to the tee and alludes to the back sloping green.
Be extremely difficult I feel the 8 The integrated water obstacle in the drive-landing forces to a short discount - from there is the green light around the corner but then very difficult to get right. So either you hit or placed extremely far from the short tee far left, otherwise there is no chance of the GIR.
There are many treacherous fairway bunker.
I have played the Dunes because of the relatively short length of WHITE, I can only recommend limited. Especially at the PAR3-holes, he then shows with 186m, 191m and 232m proud! 17 on the pretty teeth!

Gastro / Club House:
Integrated into the hotel, ok and with a beautiful view from the terrace on 4 greens.

Overall conclusion:
Also, the Dunes is a great place, but the geflegt not so great appears as the other two. Otherwise, with a great undulating fairways and challenging golf experience!
A drawback, however, that the courts played by me applies to all: No ordinary tee signs with distances - despite 80-100 EUR greenfee you should just always have to buy a Birdiebook in Belek ... :-(

Beautiful places, but all should play, no matter what handicap = no check

Of 24 - 26.3.2012 we played both courses. Both very beautiful, which are perhaps unusually strong through rolling fairways. Both places I would rate as excellent, if not ...:

Although it is handicap 28/36 "required", but unfortunately no one checks this by! There was no required membership card, with the result that we do. Example at 24.3 six and a half (6.5) hours for a round needed (Mind NO tournament!). The next day was unfortunately not much better! Marshalls, etc. far and wide no trace! Only value is obviously placed on the green fee and then everyone can play. What a pity!
Of other golfers unfortunately similar experiences were reported to us in other places in Belek!

Pines great, well Dunes

We (hcp 15-21) have played last week 2 times per Pines and Dunes. If you get used to the unique undulating fairways make the two places a lot of fun. We would give the Pines and the Dunes 4 stars 4.5. The Dunes is but a tad boring and less well maintained than the Pines. Just the holes 9 and 18 of the two on the lake in front of the Sueno Hotel which are worth playing though!
Incidentally, we stayed at the Sueno Hotel, which is only conditionally recommended. You can tell its age and the food was not the force. As would be advisable quality over quantity.

Great place, bad greens

I played the course in early January 2013. Unfortunately, the greens and the tee boxes were not what one would expect from a well-kept place, so only 3 stars.
This certainly has to do with the offer of unlimited golf resort. This is the only guests at a fast lap so nobody s space can be exploited and thereby remove pitch marks takes a few guests probably too long.
Overall though a great layout in a beautiful landscape. Stands out a little from the other standard courses.

Always worth a discount!

Just back from a golf trip with 10 men, the clear message of all! (Hcp 7-24): Pines = world class!
Despite Time 12.50 clock stop at 8:11:12 relaxed in light rain in the twilight at 17.00 clock on tea 19! In our previous rounds of Monti, Carya, indeed, Kaya would not have been possible!
Super design, world class fairways and greens topp! But: Very athletic, for higher handicap and flat country like us exhausting his score to play!
2 days later the same image: 4.30 hours for flights of 4, that's good!
Only recommended!
However, all the other places were played (5 different in 7 days) in tip top shape! Price / performance ratio was all!

Very nice

Very beautiful place with lots of water and lots of trees - still to play fair. The undulating terrain was very interesting and so seen anywhere else. Only the somewhat long waiting times were troublesome - 5.25 hours are something long. It had been a few untalented players on the pitch... Otherwise, very nice and recommended. The same holds true for Sueno Dunes - here is thumbs up

Sophisticated and always worth a round

I was able to play the Dunes twice and loved it. The place is not unanstregend, but very varied. Beautiful fairway bunkers, water and well defended undulating greens require smart golf.

We once had lunch 35 degrees... Since I was always like traveling without a cart, I think I have every hole and drank a small bottle of water on my forearms stood the cold sweat. Nothing for untrained golfer. I had my fun, and can only recommend the place.

The shoe shine for 5 euros and afterwards the burgers and salads are best at 19.

Sueno Pines in continuous rain

After many years I have played in Belek Sueno Pines for the first time on 06.03.2012. Early start time, normal game flow, continuous rain, Superplatz condition, well maintained, but tough greens, challenging layout and coated green fee (108 €), my enthusiasm partly inspired and partly inhibited. But the plant and the place deserve a big plus.
Since I was the first time in March in Belek, the green fees are generally well covered from this month.
Conclusion: I like to return soon back in the months of December / February.

Place good, bad Marshall, cocktail party total

We (HCP 17 and 24) have played this course on 17/03/2011. The golf course and the Golf Hotel are very appealing. Even the playful incentives are very good and the fairways are very hilly.

To complain: We were sold without flinching normal 18 hole green fees. Start time 13:30. We have the entire round (ie each hole) stood and waited. Of a Marshall was nothing to see. And of course we did not return before dark. Despite massive complaints there was no refund or crediting of paid 18 hole green fee costs. To make matters worse, the golf cart was the ghost after 14 holes (on the way back to the clubhouse due to darkness), so we had to push.

Wait, nothing but wait...

Otherwise... the round at the Dunes Course can not be described.
Record was shot plays at 12.1 Flight and 3 others were still waiting when we arrived. For the usual in Belek 8 minutes starting measure the space is simply too short.
This space is guaranteed not played the next holiday.
