The track leads you through the community of homes and condos and you are greeted by residents walking or driving . Greens could be better but are close to the elevated tees course is very walkable.

Had fun very friendly staff. Paid about $30 rate was much cheaper than Playa Dorado in PP and Playa Grande in Cabarete which are over $100. Caddies don't speak much English and some do not know golf.
