Marginal place with even worse management

On a short visit to Miami in mid-November we played Killian Greens. Since we came from Europe and didn't have any equipment with us, we rented equipment. When we arrived, we were amazed at the poor infrastructure: no signage, a barrack-like reception building. The rental material and the carts are in a condition that can hardly be described. The carts are old, dirty and poorly maintained. The rental material, however, exceeded all expectations - in the worst possible way: We were given two men's bags (women's rental material was not available - we later found out why), which were torn and rusty. The clubs were all material that was lost and found by the staff: dirty - rusty - broken handles - a hodgepodge of various clubs with iron and graphite shafts. The staff didn't even bother to put together a fairly homogeneous set or remove old address stickers.
When asked whether this was really the rental material available and whether there was no other, newer or at least clean material, the answer was no. Since we had no other choice, we accepted this and played the round on the poorly signposted course with more waiting time than playing time.
After the round I wanted to describe our experience to the duty manager in charge. He could only be reached by the receptionist via text messages and was not willing to communicate in person. Even afterwards, no communication could be established via email (other than a short statement that we should have contacted the groundskeeper before the round).
Take note of the pictures of the rental material. It's amazing that in the golf country USA and with a course density like in FL, such miserable courses survive with even miserable management.
