Characteristics
In immediate vicinity to Munich's city centre, the GolfRange München-Brunnthal, which is open all the year, offers two public 9-hole courses and a 3-hole course that can be played even without a license to play German golf courses ("Platzreife"). The holes of the golf course "Brunnthal" were modelled on world-famous examples. Additionally there is a first-class offer of training possiblities 365 days a year. On Munich's largest driving range with a length of 270 m and a width of 330 m, there are over 120 very well cared for grass tees. Furthermore, there are 15 roofed tees that are illuminated around the clock, where you can train. Three short game areas for chipping and pitching, three putting greens (partly illuminated) as well as a competent golfing school with four pros round up the offer. The public restaurant "5 Jahreszeiten" with sun terrace takes care of the physical well-being of the guests. The motto of the club is: Irish green, American service and Scottish prices!

A warm welcome awaits you here! March 25, 2010
Having played the Kirchstochach track about half a dozen times in 2009, I have always been made to feel most welcome by management, staff, members and greenfee players alike. The course has always been in excellent condition and, though not overly difficult, will nevertheless provide both novices and low handicappers with its challenges. Green fee prices are extremely reasonable and one always feels pleasantly satisfied after a round. The 19th offers one an excellent menu at affordable prices served with a smile on a south-facing terrace or should the weather dictate in a "gemutlich" restaurant.
I look forward to more enjoyable rounds here in 2010!

Sehr schöner 9 Loch Golfplatz April 19, 2010
Haben heute dort das erste mal dort gespielt. Die Grüns sind absolut gut gepflegt. Der Platz wird gut in Schuss gehalten. Anmerken sollte man das kein PAR 5 dabei ist. Was ist jedoch nicht so schlimm finde. Ich bin nicht so der Longhitter. Mir reichen PAR 4 über 300 Meter schon aus. Die Löcher sind eine gute Mischung. Manche recht einfach, andere, wie zum Beispiel Loch 3 sehr schwer (130 Meter bis zum Grün über Wasser mit Sandbunkern an der Seite).
Mein Fazit: Für eine nette 9 Loch-Golfrunde sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren super zufrieden.
