Golf course at Otočec is only 5 km away from Novo Mesto. The golf course is next to the Krka River, near to the famous Otočec castle and the Struga Castle.
Golf course arises on the slightly hilly terrain in the forest and it is build according to the newest standards for golf courses. The18-hole course is stretched over 75 hectares. The game, for every individual hole, can be started at one of the five bounce points, which makes the course attractive for professionals as well ass amateurs. On the clear grounds there are lots of risings and dales; because of the agitation of the golf course, it offers the players wonderful views on the clear grounds, surrounded by trees and lakes.

Ein Traumplatz inmitten prächtiger Natur May 18, 2011
Dieser Platz ist ein Juwel! Wunderschön gelegen inmitten natürlicher Umgebung, bietet er auf jedem Loch Herausforderung vom Feinsten. Konzentration ist bei jedem Schlag gefragt und trotzdem sollte man auch noch ein Auge auf die einzigartige Landschaft werfen. Einer der schönsten Plätze, die ich je gespielt habe - ein Must.

Ich kenne einige hundert Golfplätze, aber Otocec, gehört für mich zu den schönsten und interessantesten Golfplätzen. Tolle Architektur und Golfplatzdesign! Super schöne Abschläge, perfekt in die Landschaft integrierte, abwechslungsreiche Spielbahnen! Ein Traum und ein Muß für anspruchsvolle Golfer!

Der Golfplatz hat uns angenehm überrascht.Entgegen der Beschreibung ist es ein hervorragend gepflegter Golfplatz,der für alle Golfer fair zu spielen ist.Unbedingt zu empfehlen ist ein Golfcar,denn der Platz ist in etwa mit Adamstal zu vergleichen.Wir waren sehr zufrieden und auch die Übernachtung in der Villa Otocek war gut.
