First of all, I'm not sure if the previous speaker really rated the GC Milano.
18-hole PGA Course (Primo&Secondo):
This loop is played at the Italian Open. Although it had rained a lot, the place was in top condition! The fairways mowed short and the greens in a PGA-worthy condition!
The layout of the course is typical for that time and the design with the huge rows of trees is an absolute dream!
The rough was difficult to play and you can already tell that you are on a championship course. The greens are almost all elevated (like upside down saucepans) which also speaks for the 20's! The 18 holes on the championship course cost €140 (daily green fee). For me, the place is on par with Biella, Villa del Este, I Roverie and Bergamo!
5 stars plus when we visited.
9-hole Terzo Course:
Located on exactly the same site as the Primo Course, this course leads up to the fence to the Formula 1 track of Monza, which was heavily used during our visit (but we had the same in Estoril or Spa). Only the fewer and smaller tee boxes and the outdated fairway boards on the tee showed the side course.
Otherwise, this course is also a feast for the eyes! Greens, bunkers and fairways like the 18-hole course.
Centuries-old oak trees stood in some lanes.
The 9-hole course is also great!
The staff was friendly, the old clubhouse has a completely renovated gastro on the first floor that you should definitely enjoy.
€140 for 27 holes for this quality is not cheap these days, but completely ok for a current tour course.
We enjoyed our visit and later visited the racecourse.
