Characteristics
The course is situated east of Freiburg in the Dreisam valley.
The course was set up on level terrain and is framed by the mountains of the southern Black Forest. The terrific population of old trees lend a park-like character to the course, and the small streams touching or crossing through it provide quite a few challenges for golfers.

Ein Erlebnis July 12, 2010
Wunderschöner Platz mit viel Baumbestand und parkähnlichem Charakter. Abwechslungsreich durch viele Wasserläufe, welche die Bahnen kreuzen. Anspruchsvoll durch zum Teil schmale Fairways.
Der Platz bietet auch bei hochsommerlichem Wetter einige schattige Plätzchen. Das war zwar das erste aber nicht das letzte Mal gewesen ...
