The main attraction of this luxury residential condominium is the golf course designed by Brian Costello, of JMP Golf Design Group Company, the same architect that designed Costa do Sauípe golf course in Bahia. Some of its holes are quite generous, such as number 1, a downhill par 5 which offers good possibilities for an eagle. On the other hand, there are holes such as the 16th, a 216 yard par 3, where the golfer usually has to deal with backing winds; and the 17th, a par 4 where the fairway runs by the largest lake on the course.

From the top of the 2.000 square meter Club House, there is a formidable view over most of the course.The course is open to visitors and their guests.
