Solid course yet overpriced

Good driving range yet not quite the service as in other coursescin the area. Course is flat and always easily possible to see the hole. Condition was average as greens were not nice and a lot of water was being put on the course. Worth playing but price levels were too high in my mind at 150 Euro with the course being worth maximum half this.

I played January 24th. It's been about 8 times since 2007.
There was a change of ownership here 3 years ago and things seem to have gone downhill since then. The AD Championship have also moved to Yas. Many members have probably left the club. Of course the place is still iconic and I would still recommend it if you're here for the first time. Condition is good, but no longer exceptional. You also have to take into account the high GF. If you have the choice, it's better to choose Yas Links or Saadiyat.
Now what was bad? The training bunker was concrete. No wonder no one else practices there. On the round everyone is different, everyone is not fluffy like before. Now to the big European tour place. First you drive up to the legendary Falkenclubhaus and hand in your bags.
