• 10 nights with daily breakfast, hotel taxes and service charges: 3 nights at Avani+ Riverside Bangkok Hotel in a River View room, 4 nights at Amari Phuket in a Deluxe Ocean Front Balcony room and 3 nights at Paradise KohYao in a Seaview Plunge Pool Deluxe Studio
• Private transfers with a local guide as specified, including airport transfers, private roundtrip transfers for golf and the Phuket–Koh Yao–Phuket boat and land transfers described in the itinerary
• Cold towels and water on sightseeing days
• 4 rounds of weekday golf at the following courses:
• One round at Alpine Golf Club near Bangkok
• One round at Thai Country Club near Bangkok
• One round at Red Mountain Golf Club in Phuket
• One round at Blue Canyon Country Club in Phuket
• Green fees, caddie fees and shared buggy fees

The following services can be booked for an additional charge:

• Full-day James Bond & Sea Canoe by Speed Boat excursion on Day 7: USD 816 per person for two travellers, USD 600 for three or USD 588 for four travellers
• Economy-class Bangkok–Phuket domestic flight separately on request; price and booking details remain to be clarified

Prices per person based on two people travelling together and sharing a double / twin room. Tour quotation is based on the suggested hotel / room categories. Price is subject to change due to availability. Non-smoking rooms and nice views wherever possible.

High season: October–December 2026 and January–March 2027, excluding 21 December 2026–10 January 2027. Low season: May–September 2027. April and October 2027 and 21 December 2026–10 January 2027 are available exclusively on request, with no published fixed price. Stays crossing seasons on request.

Regular check-in 14: 00, check-out 12: 00. Hotels and rooms are subject to availability; reservations follow written confirmation. Flight times, program order and transfer times may change; all times are local. In heavy Bangkok traffic the guide may suggest public transport.

Please note that the payment and cancellation terms differ from our standard terms and conditions:

PAYMENT

• 20% of the total tour cost to be deposited upon commitment of the tour. This deposit is non-refundable.
• 80% of the total tour cost to be paid 46 days prior to arrival date.
• 100% of the total tour is required 45 days prior departure or within 24 hours of confirmation if travelling within 45 days from departure.

CANCELLATION: Any cancellations must be made in writing.

• Non-refundable deposit 20% for all confirmed booking.
• 21 - 15 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the total tour cost
• 14 - 8 days prior to arrival date: 75% of the total tour cost
• 7 days or less prior to arrival date: 100% of the total tour cost
