Divertimento al golf ai massimi livelli

Questa destinazione golfistica soddisfa i più elevati standard sotto ogni aspetto.
I campi da golf sono curati in modo eccellente e vari, l'hotel non lascia nulla a desiderare e il servizio è attento e cordiale. Dal check-in all'ultimo tee, un'esperienza perfetta sotto ogni aspetto. Tutto era molto pulito, dalle camere alle piscine.
Altamente raccomandato per i viaggiatori amanti del golf che danno importanza alla qualità.
Eravamo lì nella pre-stagione all'inizio di maggio.

Servizi dell'hotel, posizione, cortesia del personale: tutto perfetto. Solo a colazione bisogna prepararsi a tempi di attesa un po' più lunghi per un caffè o un tè negli orari di punta, perché le bevande vengono servite al tavolo.

L'hotel ha davvero tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza estremamente piacevole. Le camere e l'intero complesso sono molto belli e ben tenuti. Il personale è molto gentile e amichevole. I campi da golf sono in condizioni eccezionali.
I prezzi nei ristoranti del resort e soprattutto nelle club house dei campi da golf sono estremamente alti (ad esempio una birra da 0,4l costa più di 10 euro al Bay Course, un hamburger piccolo costa 24 euro).
Inoltre, l'hotel è soggetto a negligenze del tutto inaccettabili a questo livello. In particolare si trattava di:
- la lettera di benvenuto con le modifiche agli orari di partenza sui campi da golf non è stata consegnata all'arrivo, ma solo la sera successiva. Per questo motivo il primo giorno eravamo piuttosto tesi.
- gli orari di partenza e i campi da golf prenotati e confermati all'arrivo (con piccole modifiche) sono stati in un caso nuovamente modificati il giorno prima della partita (ovvero durante il soggiorno).
- a colazione bisogna sempre aspettare ben più di 10 minuti per il tè, il cappuccino ecc.
- alcuni dipendenti ignorano il cartello "non disturbare" o la luce corrispondente sulla porta della stanza e continuano a disturbare le persone.

How do I book my trip online?
After you have received an offer, which you like, please click on the orange button "Book now". Then fill out the short questionnaire (regarding information about travellers and tee times) and send the form. After receiving your booking, we will verify the availability of the hotel. Once your stay is confirmed by the hotel (usually within one working day), you will receive our confirmation email together with an invoice for the amount due. The invoice can be paid online by credit card or by standard bank transfer. In case the hotel is not available for the requested booking period, your booking will be cancelled without any charge, and you will be informed immediately.

The invoice can be paid online by credit card or by bank transfer. In the our email with your invoice you will find the link to the online payment system as well as the invoice in PDF format with our bank details.
By when do I have to pay for my trip and how much is the deposit?
The deposit is 20 percent and is due immediately. The balance is due four weeks prior departure.
How can I redeem my discount code?
You can enter the discount code from the Albrecht Golf Guide in the booking form. Alternatively, please send us your discount code by email to travel@albrecht.de, after the booking has been confirmed.
Can I cancel or rebook my trip?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Up to 35 days before departure of your trip cancellation is free of charge for you, unless there are other cancellation conditions listed on your offer and invoice. We have a few hotels that do not offer free cancellation when using an early bird discount. However, more over 90 percent of our partner hotels allow free cancellation up to 35 days before arrival. After that, staggered cancellation fees apply.
