I campi Teeth of the Dog e Dye Fore sono eccellenti. Il ristorante per la colazione è in un'ottima posizione. Ogni camera ha il suo buggy, sebbene sia alimentato a benzina. Il servizio navetta del resort ha sempre funzionato bene. Il pacchetto all-inclusive include anche le bevande sui campi e nella club house. Quasi tutte le bevande di alta qualità sono gratuite anche nei bar la sera.

Un buon hotel con un buon servizio, ma con un'offerta gastronomica limitata e prenotazione obbligatoria. Il ristorante a buffet dovrebbe essere aperto anche la sera.
I campi da golf sono tutti eccellenti e molto frequentati. Una partita dura circa 5 ore.
Ciò che ha davvero colpito negativamente, tuttavia, sono stati gli ospiti americani, che rappresentano circa l'80-90% degli ospiti (a quanto pare il 100%). Il livello di rumore è quasi insopportabile: inizia a colazione e continua per tutto il giorno fino al bar la sera, dove alcuni praticamente perdono il controllo. Prima non era così; ora sembra che "America first" abbia preso piede.

Ottima posizione, servizio cordiale, ma le camere sono un po' datate e non soddisfano più gli standard dell'hotel. Il pacchetto golf ha funzionato perfettamente ed era possibile modificare la prenotazione in loco. Purtroppo, il campo principale era chiuso, ma altri due campi erano praticabili. Molto ben tenuto, buon servizio e praticabile, ma il design del campo non era particolarmente entusiasmante. Come ho detto, non ho potuto provare il campo principale, ma lo sapevamo in anticipo. Il lato positivo è che non era affollato.
I ristoranti erano generalmente buoni (si consiglia la prenotazione ogni sera!), anche se bisogna considerare il tempo di percorrenza in navetta per raggiungere alcuni dei ristoranti più belli. In particolare, la qualità dei ristoranti inclusi nel programma all-inclusive variava notevolmente. La colazione al ristorante era sempre eccellente. Il servizio era davvero eccezionale e c'era un'ampia selezione di frutta.
La spiaggia è raggiungibile in circa 10 minuti con il golf cart, è bellissima e offre un ottimo servizio, compresi gli asciugamani.

How do I book my trip online?
After you have received an offer, which you like, please click on the orange button "Book now". Then fill out the short questionnaire (regarding information about travellers and tee times) and send the form. After receiving your booking, we will verify the availability of the hotel. Once your stay is confirmed by the hotel (usually within one working day), you will receive our confirmation email together with an invoice for the amount due. The invoice can be paid online by credit card or by standard bank transfer. In case the hotel is not available for the requested booking period, your booking will be cancelled without any charge, and you will be informed immediately.
How can I pay for my trip?
The invoice can be paid online by credit card or by bank transfer. In the our email with your invoice you will find the link to the online payment system as well as the invoice in PDF format with our bank details.
By when do I have to pay for my trip and how much is the deposit?
The deposit is 20 percent and is due immediately. The balance is due four weeks prior departure.
How can I redeem my discount code?
You can enter the discount code from the Albrecht Golf Guide in the booking form. Alternatively, please send us your discount code by email to travel@albrecht.de, after the booking has been confirmed.
Can I cancel or rebook my trip?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Up to 35 days before departure of your trip cancellation is free of charge for you, unless there are other cancellation conditions listed on your offer and invoice. We have a few hotels that do not offer free cancellation when using an early bird discount. However, more over 90 percent of our partner hotels allow free cancellation up to 35 days before arrival. After that, staggered cancellation fees apply.
