Yemon Island Golf Resort is one of them and is a true gem about 1 hrs drive outside Yangon on the route to Bago. The greens and fairways are well maintained and about 70% of the holes are lined with water hazards. The sourounding covered with lush greenery and the laid back charm of a country side golf course sure calms down the soul from Yangon’s city life.
