i would't play again

if it wouldn't be for the relatively good fairways and the clean restrooms on the course, the rating would even be lower. flat like a pan, flat greens with a bit of slope in bad condition, some scattered trees, a view bunkers and 2 or 3 water/desert-hazards. that's the course.
even worse is the ettiqette. the pro let a 6-men-flight go, knowing exactly!!! that they are in addition playing very slow and holding up the whole field. it took us 3.5 hours for the first 9 holes. sand raking is not known in this club. playing with a good flow also not. it was disgrace. we had the feeling the whole institution is more a familiy circus than a golf course.
