Good food, poor golf

Site states green fees at 20.00 after 1;00... got there and was charged 28. Told the cashier, and laughed it off, stating it is outdated. Played there early in the year for 20, and with the layout and conditions, too many other courses that ARE worth 28.00 to play, but this is NOT one of them.
