great golf course in beautiful valley surrounded by majestic mountains.
challenging layout with a nice variety of holes on a relatively flat and easy walking course.
the grounds are kept in excellent condition with a great variety of trees scattered around holes. tees fairways bunkers are all a1.
the staff are all friendly and the food delicious.
this is only a young golf club and will only get better as the course matures. its great value for money compared to neighbouring courses, especially swiss, with no attitude.
i hope to return again with my wife and play valtellina golf club.

This golf course is slowly but surely deteriorating. 10 years ago it was still a pleasure to play there, on a well-kept facility. Today no one seems to care about the maintenance of fairways and infrastructure anymore. The staff is also just a shadow of its former self, listless and not very friendly. It's actually a shame, because the facility had and still has the potential for real golfing fun today. The only positive thing today (mid-September) were the greens: well-maintained, medium-fast and stable. It would be nice if an investor could be found who would bring the system back into shape!

He cannot hide this development, the first Bucas are very compact in terms of distances from the green to the tee - today the Bucas 1-3 and 13-18 - the others are reached after a few walks. The green dimensions also reflect this development, becoming significantly larger in the middle part.
In this flat part of the valley they had to work with the machines that create the contours of the Bucas to add some excitement to the game. Most of them are straight, have nice modeling - based on American patterns - with very good greens.
The wind that sets in with the thermals makes some Bucas quite long, which due to the vegetation don't exactly cause a lot of roll anyway. The greens play very well.
The maintenance of the greens is very good, that of the tees, the fairways and everything in between is fine - the mowing cadence has caused conversation, but also the restraint in tillage with the machines.
