Unspectacular, moderate condition

We only played 9 holes because the prices—including those in the golf guide—were wrong. 116 euros for two people for a moderately well-maintained golf course. Yes, it was dry, like everywhere else at the moment, but there were plenty of brown and sandy areas on the fairways, and the balls bounced sideways... only the greens deserved their name.
The building makes a special impression from afar, but here and there, there's a musty smell from old furniture, which is apparently intended to create a special atmosphere. Standing on the terrace, you see broken steps, loose tiles; everything gives the impression of being under renovation—perhaps that's the case.
The price of €45 per week certainly sounds attractive, so we went. However, the website stated €42.50 per week for 18 holes. When I asked at the reception desk why we didn't get the prices from the website, they told me that they were trying to attract visitors. That can't be right. The prices apply to golfers with special subscriptions, such as a Gold Card. Today the price was €52, yesterday afternoon it was €63 and €67, respectively.
It would have been great to find an affordable golf course near Paris.
