As is often the case, the information on green fee prices on 1golf. eu is incorrect. Noosa Golf Club charges 85 Aus$ on weekdays, and the last inquiry about green fees must have been a few years ago!
Basically, you should always check the club's website if you don't want to be disappointed. I would have loved to play the course for €18! Everything else is just right, nice reception, great layout, well maintained, lightning-fast greens are enough kangaroos for photos with background.
Conclusion: despite the high green fee for Australian standards, we would gladly come again!
