High above Tbilisi

Designed by Sir Nick Faldo in 2018, the course is located in the foothills of the Lesser Caucasus Mountains. Depending on traffic, the course can be reached from Tbilisi in approximately 30 to 45 minutes. We played the course at the end of September 2025. Our first contact via email was answered promptly, and our desired tee time and the appropriate rental equipment were reserved. Upon arrival, we received a friendly and competent welcome. The green fee is currently GEL 320, which would be approximately €100 at the current exchange rate.
The course appeared to us to be in perfect condition, with both fairways and greens showing no defects, which justifies the high green fee. We did, however, notice one flaw: the rental sets of clubs, especially those of the two ladies, were mediocre at best. For this reason, we only awarded it 4 stars.
In summary, I can say that this course is definitely worth playing; on some holes, you'll be rewarded with views of Georgia's capital. Despite the poor quality of the equipment, we thoroughly enjoyed the round and would happily play it again. Due to the topography, I would recommend reserving an electric cart, as there are some elevation gains on the course.
