The course is memorable for its alternation of links, parkland and links on nine holes.
Of course, it cannot compete with its famous neighbours Portmarnock and Portmarnock Links. Nevertheless, it is worthwhile as a half-day Round before evening flight home.

I played the course in October 2017.
Interesting arrangement of the tracks, after the first 3 holes (at the sea) you cross a road and a railroad crossing, the next tracks are similar to parkland, the last 3 tracks then run again as a classic link course along the sea.
Makes the place despite only 9 holes very varied.
Very nice atmosphere in the clubhouse.
