It's a really open Florida course - hardly any palm trees or trees - with a lot of water that comes into play every now and then. The completely flat, very wide fairways have hardly any modeling, so it is one of the simpler types, almost all holes are straight.
The greens are too, mostly only grown on average.
The whole complex and the course is well maintained, certain deficits are visible and noticeable. The tees are good, parts of individual fairways and greens are far more affected by these deficits.
The greens were very slow and bumpy - the mower last did the job a few days ago.
The facility is located in the approach area of Orlando Airport with a corresponding level of noise - but well tolerable.
