Unfortunately, I cannot agree with the previous reviewer's excellent course maintenance; some of the tee boxes were extremely unsightly, the so-called pond next to green 4 is a unique, ugly stone desert and some of the fairways are also full of different types of grass.
I also didn't particularly like having to cross access roads several times.
Otherwise: Greens are very undulating, very bumpy and therefore not true to the course. Fairways are varied and bordered by numerous rows of pine trees and, unfortunately, there are houses very close to the fairways.
Nevertheless, it was enough for 3 stars because the layout of the fairways was interesting at times.
