Great links course by master Old Tom Morris. We were lucky, there was no flight traffic on Sunday afternoon. Some holes are directly in the flight path of the military base. That would have been rather boring and annoying. Spectacular final course with a view of the old stately clubhouse. Very British. Top-maintained links course. We played as a group in June 2016. Fortunately, the RAF did not fly because the airport is right next to the square. The holes are very demanding and tight, lined with broom (take enough balls with). An amazing links course with lots of history. This one was about 1888 by Old Tom Morris designed. Similar to the Old Course at St. Andrews to play on the 1 out of the city and 18 on the inside back into the city.
