Teeing off from mats, hard artificial greens - a place to practice and nothing more.
Greens very fast, as artificial greens are.
There are mown meadows and even small bunkers off to the side.
Fairways from 51 m to 164 m long, although funnily enough this is already a par 4.
The holes have 2 different tees, so the second round on the 9-hole course is different in terms of distance.
1st lap of the par 29 at 812 m length - there is a 2nd par 4 at 108 m (?? - because of water next to the green?), the 2nd lap of the par 28 at 686 m length!
