Green fee increase 100% in past 3 years

Has labor in Mexico increased 100% in the past few years? I play a comparable course in Colorado, as a senior for $45.00 American dolores.
As a Loreto partime resident I can no longer afford the green fees and with cart rental over $180. per round.
I have observed the course relatively empty.
A shame they have priced many of us out of the market, golf is now a rich man's sport.
