The holes are partly open and partly in a pine forest. As the fairways are sometimes very undulating, they have a left-hand character in places. The greens are also very undulating and extremely fast. Overall, the course is in a really great state of maintenance. It can almost be compared to Ullna. A lot of money has been spent here. However, the course design is not in the very top league.
