The Keys Gate Golf Club is a "public course" but not crowded and very well maintained.
Somewhere in place - in or near a water hazard - you will also secure the home and farm-Gator (whose name I have unfortunately forgotten). Florida Tip: Do not look for balls next to the water obstacles. You see everything and are fast. ;-)
Homestead is - as already mentioned - just not the typical golf destination. The clubhouse is - as in the U.S. almost common - yet mighty impressive.
On the driving range to play the balls in a pond - you do not see every day.
Cart is included in the green fees.
What I (and the public) in the United States really appreciate when golf courses are the usual "Beverage Carts", which also provide a score on the round again with drinks and snacks.
The staff was super friendly - Marshall has visited us again and again on the round for a talk. Golfers from Austria not seen here probably every day, and curiosity is an alligator. ;-)
