Hanthawaddy Golf & Country Club is reachable after a 90 Minutes drive from Yangon, just before reaching the small town of Bago. Set amidst a lush scenery in the country side, this course poses a big challenge for golfers of any skills. The fairways are in a condition that other courses would refer to as being the “rough”. Sure there isn’t much roll one gets even from a perfect stroke! But if your likings are to be playing an all natural course the scenery and ambiance make up with the rough conditions.
