We played Guavaberry for the first time yesterday. We didn't see another player on 18 holes. But that can't basically be because the place is boring. Very well maintained, really long from black, with wide, forgiving fairways (juicy and green) and interesting greens (unfortunately punched and sanded, we were not informed).
Why only four stars? All bunkers are a disaster. Pure clay soil without sand with small and large stones. Completely incomprehensible, otherwise the place would get 5 stars. Value for money is acceptable.
Conclusion: we would play the course again immediately.
