A long par 3 course - 9 holes

An OK 9 hole par 3 course in the middle of one of Oslo's suburbs. With some one of the longest par 3 holes I've played (230m). Close to houses around, the main road and a view at some block of flats, but it works :-) However no chance to expand in any way.
Cosy clubhouse at the lowest oint of the course.
Negtive that there are no grass tee's
