Beautiful and challenging mountain course

One of the most famous and highest-quality golf courses in Slovakia—and in its own way, it is also unique. Built in the Low Tatras National Park, it is the highest and most rugged golf course in Slovakia. In addition to the 18-hole Grey Bear championship course, the resort also includes the 9-hole Little Bear course, extensive training areas, and a large, stylish clubhouse with a restaurant. Accommodation is not directly at the resort, but there are several hotels nearby.
The quality of the course and its maintenance have been excellent for a long time, and international tournaments are also held here. Playing at Grey Bear is one of the most challenging, but also one of the most expensive in the country.
If you like mountain golf, be sure to visit here. You will not be disappointed, even though the course is "out of the way," far from others. Although you will not find such beautiful views here as in Veľká Lomnica, you may even encounter a large brown bear.

Great course, poor services

Already played some courses in Slovakia, so I was looking forward to okay here. Honestly I love the place love the landscape. Course was in great condition, fast greens, great teeboxes. If I compare this place to Penati, cannot give 5 stars. Reason is that facilities like restaurant service are poor and I miss the polite attitude toward the customer from recepetion. Might come again, but will not eat there and will not buy anything in pro-shop.

Super Site

Varied and challenging course which offers everything a golfer needs good, maybe too hard for beginners, you walk uphill and downhill without having the feeling that there is an effort (however, I am in the mountains waxed). Large undulating greens that need to be partially blind alluded. Super condition of the course, professional handling and very good restaurant round off the very good impression. Prices a little at the top, with overnight accommodation but still bearable.
