The greens of the courses 9 and 18 are situated directly at the golf restaurant, whereby the course of the game on those two important holes can be closely followed. The design of the course is still interesting because it is varied. Now that the rough has been mowed in the summer, the fairways are really wide, so there is hardly any risk of losing the ball.
However, the quality used to be more convincing.
- Bunker (typical Migros) filled with little sand and quite hard.
- Greens well mowed, but at different speeds and very hard. Unfortunately, balls very often jump in all directions when playing high.
- Tee boxes mostly plan and ok.
- Fairways mowed and hard but playable.
- No more distance markings on the edges of the fairways.
- Greenkeepers often place rakes in the bunker at right angles to the direction of play, so that balls can get stuck again and again.
- Players with non-conforming outfit on the round.
- Marshal - never seen…
- But the pace of the game was good (but not really full).
The real highlight of the round was the perfectly trained waiter in the restaurant. At least he deserves 5 stars.

Unfortunately, the 18-hole golf course is getting worse from year to year - and the prices are going up. At the weekend you pay CHF 120 for 18 holes... The highlight is that the tariffs are going up (also for club members), but the services are being reduced. All 135 meters of markings have been removed because this saves personnel costs because the markings do not have to be removed or inserted again when mowing.
But now to the place. The fairways are insufficiently or not irrigated, which now dries up and can promote a good drive to a bad location. The reeds are also regularly cut down radically, although biotopes, birds and rare species live there. The greens are unpredictable, vary in speed, are uneven because they are not rolled correctly and the edges of the holes are poorly punched out. The greens are not mowed every day, the bunkers are also not fair every day. Finally, the fairways where there is still grass are too high or not mowed. All of that was a little better before 2020. I think that's not okay.
