Characteristics
The GC is situated at the southern outskirts of Augsburg and can be reached using public transport. Ideal training possibilities on the DR with 80 tees and all important training facilities like fairway bunker, adventure putting green and green bunker! The interesting 9-hole course will amaze many a golfer because there is either one of 7 water hazards, or one of the 32 bunkers that efficiently guard the greens.

The course has improved significantly in recent years. In my opinion, leaving the "Golfrange family" has had a positive impact, as it now allows for more flexibility and individuality.
The condition of the course, especially the greens, is nothing short of excellent – even though the course opens its summer greens year-round! A rarity in Augsburg and the surrounding area. The course layout is entertaining and fair – but anyone who wants to score well here must, above all, play accurately – holes 5 and 9 are challenging.
The driving range is spacious and there are plenty of options for the short game.
The restaurant with a great view (sometimes could be a bit quicker) rounds out the place's offerings. For me, it's a completely underrated place in Augsburg.

Short place in very good condition which still demands high tactical play. On the tracks 3,5, 7,9 are some tactical variants to which - if you make the wrong decision - can quickly get the scorecard dark. Even water is certainly involved. Very nice members we had in the flight.
Nice reception at the counter, the 19 we could not test unfortunately, because we had to continue after the round.
Only drawback:
We were there much too early, because we got through traffic better than expected and wanted to use the time to practice a little chipping. Did you pay in the green fee?
