Characteristics
Due to its numerous water hazards influencing the game at 12 holes, including an island green at hole 7, this 27-hole course situated 15.5 miles outside of Frankfurt can only be rated as technically sophisticated. The course provides a beautiful panoramic view of Frankfurt and the Wetterau as well as the Vogelsberg. The 9-hole course open to the public is characterised by small greens and a great number of slopes.

Surprising how some need a reality check. Course is ok however if you go by the attitude of the employees you would think royalty is working there...
Nowadays when golf is finally becoming a more relaxing and family matter it would be good to see some come of their "high hourse"...
To expensive for what is offered.
Live close by, but I'd prefer to drive further...

I have already been able to play this course at different times of the year and thanks to the cooperation "deingolfplus. Com" even GF-free. From my point of view, there is nothing noteworthy to criticize. Possibly the references to the next teas could be attached a little more clearly, but that doesn't detract from my overall impression.
The course is very pleasant to play, a little hilly now and then, but not too mountainous. The lanes are to be played fairly.
The greens were in very good condition at this time of year (late autumn 2021), quite tricky and really fast. Some golf clubs can even learn a lot from this in the summer. The tea boxes sometimes made a better impression on me than the greens in my home club... Big compliments to the greenkeeping team!
The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The clubhouse made a very good impression.
In the gastro I was able to enjoy a small snack on the terrace after the round, the view of the square was wonderful!
I would love to come back!

The main point of criticism that runs through all reviews here - the place is often too dry in summer - is also granted by the members. In the rainy early summer of 2021, however, this is not a problem, the place is currently in great condition. And for drier times, which will definitely come again, is currently being built: a new irrigation system should be in preparation.
I got the place on June 28th. Played as part of a golf marathon: 3 rounds in 15 hours, and felt very comfortable. Sympathetic members, good food, good organization and a place that presented itself much better than expected from the reviews here.
For 5 stars I am missing a few small things, for example there is no birdie book and the course descriptions on the tees boards are rather confusing. In addition, in my opinion, an absurdity that although there were side penalty areas on many lanes, knee-high rough is already waiting for the balls IN FRONT of these posts. How should you be able to assess whether the lost ball has disappeared in the penalty area or before it in the rough?
