We (HCP 15.8 and 29.5) spent a golf week in Salzburg in September 2021, with the Brandlhof (very appealing hotel with all the finesse!) In Saalfelden being our starting point and we played the courses in Brandlhof, Urslautal and Zell am See / Kitzsteinhorn several times to have. In our opinion an ideal golf area, you have a seat in front of the door, Urslautal is 10 minutes away, Zell about 15 minutes. I have played both golf courses (Schmittenhöhe and Kitzsteinhorn course) several times over the past few years and would therefore like to give my rating:
First of all, what both places have in common:
The entire Zell am See golf course impresses with its mountain panoramas in the surrounding area, which accompany the entire round, being able to follow the ball flight with mountains in the background is really a cool thing.
