Nice but very tight

Impeccable condition, greens, fairways, bunkers, tees all immaculate! A lovely parkland 9-hole course, with fairways (which unfortunately stick noticeably too closely together from the 3rd) that are separated from each other by top-kept rows of trees.
But as mentioned, everything is too close together!
Partly a dangerous place, four calls in 3min. Clock over the system!
Nevertheless, a nice, small course with a not too long but honest par 70 course (2xpar 3.1xpar 5.6xpar 4), which only takes points away from the narrowness of the course!

In terms of proximity, it has to be said that the surrounding squares are in a significantly higher price segment. SternGartl is already 35 km (40 minutes' drive) away from us and is located in the country. And the price is on average for 9 holes and the location (city).
