Beautifully maintained parkland course

The 18-hole golf course is mostly flat, with only slight differences in elevation. The design consists of partially narrow courses, which are separated from each other by tall rows of trees.
Large bunkers with precise and clean edges come into play again and again. These can be found not only around the large greens, but also along the sides of the fairways, well placed in the landing zones. Precise play is often required. Of course, there are also water hazards in the form of ponds with fountains.
The golf course is very quiet, so guests can fully enjoy their round.
Have played here several times now and will definitely come back.

We played the course at the end of July 2023 and can agree with the previous assessment.
It should also be mentioned that the yellow square is around 5,800 meters long. But that should not hide the fact that some tracks are quite long (e.g. track 7 par 5 with 586 m.). In addition, hanging branches or entire trees often block the direct path to the green if you are on the wrong side of the fairway. Pros: Rough hardly exists. Under the trees, you can usually easily play balls that have strayed back onto the fairway, provided they are not in the OB.
Staff very friendly, members absolutely down to earth. In addition to the 18-hole course, there is also a short course in the same style. In addition, good practice opportunities with DR, chipping and putting green.
We can definitely recommend a visit.

Absolute feel-good place, with totally lovely half-timbered house as an inn and clubhouse.
Nice people and a totally overgrown parkland course with high and medium-high (mostly deciduous) trees. The place was in top shape on my round.
Despite the small tournament, I got a tee time without any problems. The Ravensberger GC is always worth a visit!
