Characteristics
Gut Sansenhof is situated in the midst of the Odenwald in a diversified, slightly undulating terrain with numerous water hazards and sand traps. The sophisticated design of the fairways as well as the greens, which are protected by bunkers, hazards, and traps, add to the difficulty of the course. Some Par-3 holes need to be negotiated from up to 80 ft above. Nevertheless, the round can be played in an easy manner.

I have played Sansenhof a number of times and always enjoy coming here. You are always welcomed in a friendly manner.
The course is in a good condition, which is attractive for all levels of difficulty and is easy to play for average golfers with a medium level of handicap. The fairways are not too narrow, but should be hit if you want to avoid the rough. The par 3 holes are also interesting. 3 of them are played slightly downhill with a good view of the green.
Even at the weekend it is not overcrowded and you can enjoy the peace and quiet.
The gastronomy with a beautiful terrace is absolutely fine. The Italian food is good, the prices reasonable.
The Sansenhof is really recommended and a varied relaxation.
