After having played holes 10 to 18 in March 2020, I now played holes 19 to 27 and 1 to 9 on June 27,2024. The flat 27-hole course plus 6-hole short course is located northwest of Rostock not far from the Baltic Sea, which unfortunately cannot be seen from the golf course. The clubhouse is modern and the reception at the counter is very friendly. Unfortunately, there is no way to reserve tee times online. However, this was quick and easy via email. You receive a separate tee time for each 9-hole loop. When we played on a sunny Thursday afternoon at 4:30 p.m., a tee time would not have been necessary because the game was very manageable. Actually, we hardly saw any other players on the course. The green fee prices Mon. - Sun. of currently €75 are reasonable and appropriate. Anyone who plays Monday to Friday from 4 p.m. receives a sundowner rate of currently €50. There is a restaurant, but it is currently only open to a limited extent. We did not use it. The course is primarily impressive due to the knee-high rough next to the fairways. If you play into it, the ball is 90% lost. There are also a few water hazards, but these rarely come into play. One or two tees, especially for the men, are narrow between tall trees, but most tees are open. There are a few doglegs and enough bunkers, otherwise the courses are rather unspectacular.
