Good golf course but horrible management

Course is well designed and plays nice although the maintenance standards have gone down slightly compared to few years back. Upper management is horrible and dodgy! Having seen how they treat their employees I wouldn't recommend working there.

Hilly, challenging, varied, but not unfair or too difficult. The rough alone is terrible in parts and finding balls is correspondingly difficult and sometimes frustrating. I think a little bit of effort could be put into maintaining the areas adjacent to the fairway in this area as well. That would improve the facility a bit.
Furthermore, some of the tees are in poor condition, as are the grass tees on the driving range. So it's not 5 stars for me, but it would be possible if you put a little more into site maintenance. This is a most play course!
The greens are cut short and so fast. Finally a Greenkeepeer who get's it. The range is good and balls are included in the green fee. Great decision by the club leadership. The place is not easy but very fair. I am over 60 and had no problems with the minimum increases. We also see no carts, so do not worry.
Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on Monday, we could have stayed for dinner. The staff and members are very friendly.
