Nice helpful staff. Relaxed atmosphere nice course to play. Have to think your way around the course. Keep out of the rough it's deadly. Only downside greens a bit patchy. Excellent restaurant. Will be back again for the golf and food merci Brett.

A lovely welcome at the clubhouse from staff and members. The course is lovely, with varied holes and lots of interest. Fantastic views of Sancerre on the hill and Loire river. Greens are in nice condition in the main, though bare and damaged in a few places. Course is quite lush and well maintained. Water hazards add interest to some holes. Beware hidden bunkers! Phone to book a tee time because it is a popular course for visiting societies. We found first thing in the morning was the ideal time to play. We will return!

The course is very flat, there are few natural obstacles, it is mostly straight and the fairways are relatively wide.
Since the Loire is nearby, natural water always comes into play.
