Once again we were positively surprised on our golf tour in France. This golf course offers a great landscape, absolute tranquility, no hustle and bustle (apart from us, there were hardly any other golfers on a Friday afternoon). First we played the Forêt-Course, which is relatively flat in a beautiful landscape. Then we played the Rivière Course, which is very varied and rather hilly and with its various water hazards and a few holes along the river Sarthe is unique. The complex is very well maintained and varied.
We stayed at the Grand Hotel Solesmes, which has a very attractive offer for golfers: green fee, 4-course dinner including all drinks and overnight accommodation cost a total of 360 euros for 2 people. We can warmly recommend this package and of course the golf course!
