Classic and well maintained

It's a classic old golf course with fun holes and at times tricky and difficult to play. why having sand bunkers, when a mighty old tree or a water pond in middle of the fairway does a better job!?
Only MINUS: the service in the club house restaurant is rather unfriedly and has lots of room to improove. food though is acceptable.

We played the course on an autumn day (foggy) in October 2024. The clubhouse is impressive and the reception was very friendly. The course is in good condition; the fairways have little foreign grass, the greens are fast, a little hard and the bunkers are well maintained. Since the course is rather flat, you don't need a cart. The fairways are bordered by old trees, but it is not narrow. If you are near Nimes, you will - like us - enjoy the round at Golf de Nimes Campagne.
