Hidden jewel!

If you stay in Nice for a vacation,- this is the best choice nearby the town to practice!
Roof covering the mats (and you) on the driving range, so you can even practice when its raining!
The place has, with the new director, improved tremendously; most of the different elements on the area has been upgraded; the restaurant, the club house (nice and cosy) and the practice area!
Personally I stay in Nice 3-4 times a year and I have seen small improvements every time. And its good to see that the number of people using the practice area and the nice little 9 whole golf course is increasing.
The hospitality is good, the pros are helpful and skilled and they now even has a golfstore which includes a club fitting test area! They invest money in hightech,- I tried it: very good impression! I´m coming back!

Just Chip and Put. And crowded!

This is the shortest 9 hole course I ever played. On most holes a sandwedge is enough! Just 1 longer hole with 140 m. So leave your bag at home and just grab three or four clubs. It's OK it you want to practice your short game. Avoid weekends and evenings. The locals crowd the place! Mostly beginners... And the driving range: roofs far too low: you hit it with any club you swing properly. So: avoid it. Chipping: from artificial surface...
So all in all: there are better places near by. The 9 hole in Villeneuve-Loubet is by far better! And The Royal Mougins as well as the Golf and Countryclub Cannes Mougins are a dream!

Claustrophobic short place with joke

The title of Golf & Country Club de Nice is really a colossal exaggeration: on the surface of about a football field, you have a 9-hole course (par 27) injected: only mats, the holes are from 38 to 150 (!) Meters long, partly through very narrow streets and under trees to extremely small greens. If you look at it - and also from the overpriced price - you can spend a fun hour here. For the short game, after all, good. good good

Completely wrong

78 € for an extremely short 9-hole course, not a champion's place, are steep.
For the many months there probably normal. In English and French I have assured myself: They demand a weekday, 14: 30h, in fact for a 1500m exercise parcour proud 78 €. It is June, main season.
The gastronomy is high-traffic.
Everything, also range and parking spaces rather modest.
I felt frustrated.
Members pay 20 €.

Short 9-hole course situated right on exit road Nice. Behind New football stadium quickly reached. Entry and exit easily overlooked. In the rush hours heavy traffic. Ideal for a short round and reductions. Place small but nicely laid out. Restaurant has a good menu, Serviceperonal also manages Club when its office hours are closed. Very helpful and nice. Good Golf School. , Pro hop well stocked and surprised. All very civil and appropriate. Native predominate. It will be well received.
