Characteristics
The course is situated in the nature park "Obere Donau" not far from the famous Danube valley and the Hohenzollern town Sigmaringen with its imposant towncastle at the edge of the Swabian Alb. The fairways are partly hilly and impress with their variety and the quiet location. The hole 13 is a breathtaking par 3 over a valley with a narrow green.

Great Course with plenty of difficulty

Played this course for the first time and was lucky to play with a couple who had local knowledge. Several blind shots where line up is critical. Course was in great shape inspite of recent drought. Greens well maintained and fast for European standards. Over all a great value for the money. Would play there again.

As the grandfather of these children playing, I am outraged by the way the facts are presented. We played with our grandchildren after their training session. We played strictly according to the golf rules and etiquette and after 3 strokes over par the ball was picked up. The children took turns sitting in the cart and therefore did not have to carry their bags. Except for one hole, no one was at the tee when we were already on the green. On hole 8 the girl played a par.
1. The rating of the club is extremely unfair, as it is not the club's fault. 2. Such statements contribute to children losing interest in golf. What a pity!!!

This is always worth a golf trip - like it was for us last week: a game on a beautifully designed course that is kept in good condition. Some of the holes are technically very challenging with appropriately placed bunkers and beautifully laid out water hazards.
A pleasant, friendly atmosphere provided by the reception staff and an orderly flow of play on the pitch characterize your stay here.
The conclusion of a good restaurant rounds off a successful day of golf.
