DisappointIng Afternoon - Give this a Miss
1.0 of 5 starsReviewed May 24, 2016
Peralada Golf Course looked good on the website and the club house, pro shop and caddy shop all looked like the five star course I expected it to be but what a let down. The course is quite ordinary, the greens inconsistent and the bunkers filled with gravel and not sand. To make the afternoon even more disappointing was the really slow pace of play. Over 5 hours to complete the round and not surprising given the inconsiderate groups ahead who had no idea of course etiquette and the hold up behind them. This is not was not a cheap round of golf and those playing were supposed to be adequate golfers. Clearly not the case and the course managers were totally oblivious to the slow play.

This place is a blessing.😊👏⛳️
4.0 of 5 starsReviewed November 11, 2024
This also applies to the restaurant, the resort and the pro shop.
We found the course to be in excellent condition for this time of year. The fairways were also much better than what we have usually played in this region. The greens were a little longer than in summer, but still quite fast and true to the line.
The first nine holes are quite challenging, it goes up and down and there are also the odd tree in the way. On the second nine, some of the holes have a simple layout. But there are still challenges to come!
The course is playable for players of all handicap classes. Only real beginners will quickly reach their limits here. The course is easy to walk for normal, athletic golfers.

A dream

Beautiful resort, varied course, dog allowed. Despite handicap 54 we were allowed to play the course in the afternoon. Very friendly office. Good little dinner in the bar.

November - Feeling 2023
4.0 of 5 starsReviewed November 14, 2023
We played the course at a discount in mid-November in wonderful weather with the Golfamore card.
Friendly reception, booking the tee time without any problems.
Challenging course, well maintained, super fast greens and clean showers.
Gastronomy a little too expensive.
Recommended; we will be back.

Price / performance is right
3.0 of 5 starsReviewed September 20, 2022
Have played the course in September 2022.
Hotel and place okay, but absolutely overrated with 5 stars.
But price/performance is right.
Wide fairways. Greens mediocre.
Season 4.15 was absolutely ok for a Sunday.

Nice place - "a lot of traffic"
4.0 of 5 starsReviewed May 31, 2022
We have been playing the course regularly for a number of years. To say it in advance: condition absolutely fine. Varied fairways. But you always need a lot of patience. Sure, many seniors - no problem. But sometimes you see 4 flights that don't hit the ball or take 10-12 shots. Nothing against beginners - but then the etiquette should be right. Nobody thinks about letting it play through. This is where the marshal comes in (very nice, by the way). At the end of the day, unfortunately, it's all about money. Unfortunately, we said goodbye to this beautiful place.

I played here with my son and he too, as a long hitter, had a lot of fun. Perfectly maintained and not easy to play system. Highly recommended!

Good condition, good place
4.0 of 5 starsReviewed May 7, 2022
Were there in April 22, good condition, normal green speed. Can be walked well. However, the place was very full. On the 10th tee, a single player cut in front of us, causing a slight traffic jam. Nice clubhouse.

Condition great - women are underestimated
4.0 of 5 starsReviewed January 3, 2022
We liked that:
- Excellent condition of the fairways (a good grassy surface almost through the band - great!)
- Perfect greens
- Attentive service in the secretariat
- Signs for the next tea
- Friendliness in the restaurant
We didn't like that:
- Blue not plugged in for women
- Red unspeakably short for women
- The nearby France with few and bad places leads to a dominance of the "Grande Nation" on the place - their etiquette unfortunately left a lot to be desired
- One of the greenkeepers "accompanied" us for seven holes with his engine noises. After all, he always let us beat in peace.
What else is there to say?
- Buggy or trolley? Sure trolley - the place is neither long nor hilly.
- Not only the space, the whole area looks very neat and made a good impression.

Beautiful Place
4.0 of 5 starsReviewed October 6, 2021
The place was in great condition. Fairways and green top. Unfortunately we didn't have great weather to enjoy the view of the mountains. Staff was nice and friendly. The only drawback was the bunker. More coarse sand (gravel) than bunker sand. Otherwise good to recommend. Gladly again.

Beautiful place in a great area
5.0 of 5 starsReviewed October 11, 2019
The course is in very good condition and good to play, due to the length is a card to recommend.
Some holes offer a view towards Roses and the sea and the surrounding 5Sterne hotel is also recommended with very good food

Beautiful place at a fair price...
4.0 of 5 starsReviewed January 3, 2018
I've played the course twice now and I'm sure I'll be back. Fairways and greens are blameless and complete the picture of this beautiful and fair to play place.
The green fee is certainly not cheap, but compared to the prices and services of the surrounding places but more than fair.

Varied place in beautiful surroundings. Great condition of fairways and greens. The place is relatively flat, but not too easy. We would always stay here again.

Beautiful secluded place in pristine condition. recommendation
4.0 of 5 starsReviewed June 19, 2016
I played the course last week and have to say I found the place beautiful. Beautiful paths partly rather narrow and long, but can play very well. The course was in pristine condition, the Grün's not too fast. The space can also play well on foot, as it is rather flat. just a little is probably between the web 16 and 17 rebuilt as it looked a little "wild" from. As usual in Spain Villas line several tracks. Beautiful landscape. I was not in the Gastro so I can nicht's say, the staff at the pro shop was very nice.

Place on 10/21/2015 played! Staff very friendly!! Well maintained and very challenging course!!! Interesting layout very quiet fairways and greens were good! Smaller water hazards completely dried up! Is worthwhile in any case!

Discerning place
5.0 of 5 starsReviewed November 20, 2014
I, r recorded the place 4 times in Sequence, e end Octobe in dry weather. The course was in very good condition. Vile Golf guests from France. Some greens are quite secluded behind a tree / bush collections and more or less deep trenches.. width shots from the fairway to the green there only after repeated images this record tracks possible. Otherwise, the place is also accessible for less experienced players. The club restaurant is part of the 5 star hotels.
Therefore, very comfortable. # Maershä waste and Greenkeeper very polite and friendly. I recommend the place golfers who have experience with 18-hole courses.

The Course is very well maintained, but the villas are very close to departure, it is imperative to play right. Map Club House is a bit limited.

A festival for golfers
4.0 of 5 starsReviewed June 14, 2013
This well-maintained course, we play again and again for many years, a lot of fun. Well maintained paths and greens, pleasant, but also some challenging climbs and tracks with water. However, more sophisticated prices. Staff, food, atmosphere very enjoyable. During the months of July / August, a visit with great evenings of "Festivals de Perelada" can connect with the top executives of all music genres - classical-excited for us especially.

've Played the course often. Well maintained community with very nice staff. Than five Frenchmen thought they would play together and the whole conduct rather than outing, the court ended the oversight immediately.

Something stupid but are very hard bunker.
Positive is the brilliant views and who is on architecture, the many villas that are distributed to the individual discounts.
